Welcome to Boot camp

These are the shoes everyone should be wearing this winter. One of my favourite things about winter is getting to rock my boots. Boots come in all lengths, colours, shapes and sizes. I’ve never known a girl who never felt confident in a pair of killer boots. Plus they keep our feet toasty in the cooler season, so what’s not to love? Here are my top picks for the season.

Bring out the gladiators
Although, these shoes don’t really combat the warmth, (there’s a sacrifice to pay for looking good) they work perfectly well for date night and late night outings with the girls. The strappy gladiator heel can do no wrong and will have your friends green with envy.

The boot with a bang
Over the knee boots are eye-catching and can’t be missed when worn. These boots were designed to exude confidence and have an added cheekiness to them. They can be uber dramatic but never shy from being trendy.

Eye to just above the ankles
Ankle boots particularly heeled ankle boots can definitely add a spring to your step. I prefer a chunky heel for comfort. For edge try some with laces.

Weak at the knees
Knee high boots always make it on winter lists. When it comes to these keep it classy and invest in a neutral boot with clean lines.

I’m a Barbie girl
I mentioned the Perspex heel boot earlier this month in a previous post and I still stand by them. If you must get a pair of boots this season, it’s these ones; hands down. With these your style acumen cannot, I repeat cannot be questioned.

For comfort’s sake

Flat boots are your go-to especially if you have loads of running around to do and just want to get from point A – to B without breaking a leg. They are also great to pack if you’re going away for a mini- vacay this season.
